By accessing or using Cueli ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Cueli is an appointment scheduling platform designed for small businesses. The Service allows businesses to create custom booking pages, manage appointments, and communicate with clients.

3. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 3-month free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start your trial. After the trial period, continued use of the Service requires a paid subscription.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or misleading content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

7. Payments and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are issued at our discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time from the settings page.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cueli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
